So we finally arrived in Pennsylvania! Sorry for the lack of updates yesterday, we both weren’t feeling so great so we basically died when we got here. I had horrible random stomach pains that I just couldn’t figure out.
We went to the gym when we woke up first thing this morning hammering out a complete upper body workout that consisted of:
Biceps Curls 3×12
Hammer Curls 3×12
Triceps Kickbacks 3×12
Triceps Overhead Extensions 3×12
Triceps Pulldowns 3×12
Dumbbell Bench Press 3×12
Chest Flyes 3×12
Lateral Raises 3×12
Front Raises 3×12
Arnold Shoulder Presses 3×12
Back Flyes 3×12
One Arm Dumbbell Rows 3×12
Cable Rows 3×12
We did a lot to make up for the lack of working out the past two days due to packing and traveling.
For lunch we went out to get some sushi at Aoyama. It was really good! We started out by sharing some edamame and a seaweed salad.
Then for sushi I ordered a crab stick tempura roll and a sweet potato tempura roll. The crab stick tempura roll was pretty awesome, but what stood out to me was the sweet potato roll. OMG it was so good!!! It came with a ponzu sauce on top I think? I’m not 100% sure haha. But it was delicious! The sweet potato is in the front and the crab stick is in the back.
Next up, my roommate got the crab stick tempura roll and a spicy tuna roll. Hers were both really good as well! We would both highly recommend this place to anyone that has this chain or visits Erie, Pennsylvania.
My Mom got the shrimp and vegetable tempura, which came out on this huge plate loaded with goodies. At first we all just stared at it thinking it was too pretty to eat, but once she dug in she was in heaven.
After lunch, we dragged my Mom to the grocery store to stock her up on some good, healthy eats since her house was pretty sad and bare. Lot’s of good food posts coming soon, I promise! My roommate and I decided to film a funny vlog for you guys on what we do in public places, such as the grocery store. We like to bust out in random workouts. Enjoy!
